My stay at The Blue Corner Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were genuinely kind and offered helpful service, but I was disappointed with some aspects like the cleanliness and breakfast options.
Rooms

My room was a bit run down and the fridge was smelly upon arrival. The bed was too hard for my liking, but the room was cleaned every day.

The staff were really nice and made me feel like part of their family. However, checkout took an unusually long time to get a simple invoice.

The hotel is about 1km from the riverside. Although not the greatest location, it was still convenient for getting around the city.

I found the breakfast buffet to be repetitive with cold options. It lacked variety, especially considering I stayed six nights.

The pool was a nice spot to cool off, though the noise from the street and nearby construction made it less relaxing. I appreciated the cleanliness of the pool area even if it was a bit cramped with fewer loungers.

I had a wonderful stay at The Blue Corner Boutique Hotel in Phnom Penh. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. While the location was great for exploring local eateries, it was a bit loud at night. My room was spacious and clean, although the hotel could use a bit of freshening up.

My room was really big and clean, featuring basic amenities, and a comfortable queen-sized bed. However, the sound from the street was quite loud due to the busy area.

The location is awesome for those who enjoy exploring back streets and trying local food, but it's a bit far for a stroll to the riverside where the main action is. It's within walking distance of the Central Market, which is nice.

The breakfast selection was decent, though I noticed it could use some improvement. I had a few meals from the restaurant that were quite good, but one morning there was not much left by the time I arrived.
Facilities

The facilities included a good swimming pool, but the hotel could use a fresh coat of paint to brighten it up a bit. I appreciated that the rooms were double-glazed to minimize street noise.

I enjoyed my stay at The Blue Corner Boutique Hotel, mainly due to its great location and friendly staff. However, the rooms could use some renovation, as they felt old, and I noticed a few maintenance issues that need addressing. Overall, it's an okay spot but definitely not a true boutique experience.
